5/14/78 has to be one of the most warped Samsons I've heard, shit man. Check it out Sbd or Aud. I thought 2/5/78 Cedar was crazy, 78's over 77's, pretty close. Any others that would shave my head, I'd love to hear them.

10/22/78 is an excellent rendition, as is the gem performed at Englishtown on 9/3/77.

11/6/77 is another nice one...

Yeah this Hartford show just rips. Jerry dancing as he played, the amazing Morning Dew, my cousin driving us into the city center from West Hartford tripping his face off and casually turning to us and sharing the fact that he hasn't slept in days. The other memory that comes immediately to mind is the couple screwing on the steps next to us behind the stage during the second set. Both my friend and I were both so high we thought it was just a crazy visual from the acid. After the show we both looked at each other and almost simultaneously said "was that couple Fucking or am I just way high?" I also at one point thought the stage was rotating. Oh, the glories of youthful innocence.

The ones from Cow Palace NYE '76 and DP 18 are 2 of my favorites, for their unique intros. And they both rip pretty hard too, particularly DP 18
